The staff is super helpful and professional, enhancing the overall experience. The location is fantastic for exploring Goa, while the dining experience could use some improvements. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are very cosy with excellent housekeeping service from Narshiv and are clean and neat. The location is wonderful, especially if you want to explore Panjim, and it's conveniently located near the elevators.

Service was a bit lackluster overall but led by Mr Mohammed, the manager, who promoted staff-guest interaction. The location is perfect in Panjim, making it an awesome place to stay. The dining experience needs urgent renovations for improvement.
